At Triple H Osteocare, we provide osteopathic services in Kincumber on the Central Coast NSW.

We differ from other Manual therapists as we seek the biomechanical dysfunctions that are presenting in the causation of the generation of pain and immobility. Our question to ourselves as osteopathic practitioners is why is this occurring?

We aim to identify it and proceed using specific treatment methods to rectify the dysfunction. This may include soft tissue myofascial release, articular manipulation, muscle energy technique, biodynamics, dry needling and biomesotherapy.

Alongside biomechanical dysfunctions, we also have extensive experience in treating elite athletes and spinal injuries such as facet strains, bulging or herniated discs, as well as overuse injuries like tennis elbow, plantar fasciitis, frozen shoulder, and tendonitis.

We have a particular interest in foot biomechanics and how overpronation affects the knees, hips, and spine, causing stress at different levels. Our treatment aims to alleviate these stresses, combined with the latest technology in scanning and detailed analysis to create the best orthotics to keep the feet and body in equilibrium.
