What We Treat

Care built around the cause

We seek out the biomechanical dysfunctions generating your pain and immobility — then treat them directly with proven, hands-on techniques.

Sports injuries

Experience treating elite athletes through to recreational sport and the strains that come with it.

Spinal & disc injuries

Facet strains, bulging and herniated discs, and the day-to-day pain that limits how you move.

Overuse injuries

Tennis elbow, plantar fasciitis, frozen shoulder and tendonitis — the niggles that won't settle.

Foot biomechanics

Overpronation stresses the knees, hips and spine. We scan, analyse and craft custom orthotics for balance.

Headaches & migraines

Using biodynamic and osteopathic techniques to ease tension headaches and recurring migraines.

Occupational strains

Postural and repetitive-load problems built up at the desk, on the tools or behind the wheel.

Our Approach

We ask a different question

Where many manual therapists treat the symptom, we look for the biomechanical dysfunction creating it. Our question is always the same: why is this occurring?

Once we've identified it, we use specific, targeted treatment to rectify the dysfunction and bring the body back into equilibrium — combined with the latest scanning technology and detailed analysis for custom orthotics.

Principal Osteopath

Dr John Abdullah

D.O (Osteo) · Grad.Dip. Anim.Chiro

The principal osteopath of Triple H Osteocare, John graduated in 1989 and brings 37 years of clinical experience. Over the following 12 years he furthered his training in the USA, completing courses in functional, craniosacral and biodynamic methods, as well as dry needling and German needling in biomesotherapy. In 2008 he graduated in animal chiropractic from RMIT Melbourne, treating both equines and canines, and he has practised on the Central Coast since 2011. John has presented his work in seminars, at universities and alongside veterinarians. His focus is finding the dysfunction and pain generators and bringing the body back into balance — whether for sports injuries, occupational and postural strain, overuse or foot anomalies.

Dr Scott Kennedy

B.Sc. Clin.Sc · M.H.Sc. Osteo

After training in remedial massage in 2004, Scott went on to earn a degree in Biomedical Sciences and a Master's in Osteopathy from Southern Cross University in 2016. Growing up in Victoria, he developed a lasting passion for sport and treating sports-related injuries. His treatments draw on a wide range of techniques, including dry needling and myofascial cupping, alongside traditional osteopathic methods. He has a particular interest in biodynamics, which he has found highly effective for headaches and migraines. Scott is currently studying a Master's in Neuroscience and plans to pursue a PhD in the future.

Now taking appointments

Robert combines precision, passion, and deep clinical knowledge to help everyone from elite athletes to everyday patients move better and manage pain, drawing on HVLA adjustments, cupping, dry needling, exercise rehab, and low-level laser therapy. Having chosen family over a PhD offer, he continues building his expertise through a Graduate Certificate in Strength and Conditioning at the University of Canberra, alongside clinical experience in rugby, football, and with Australia's top Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu athletes. Robert makes recovery collaborative, empowering patients with knowledge along the way. Outside the clinic, he's training for a triathlon, an exceptional dad, and by his own admission, a genuinely terrible golfer.
